Quick Lane at Koons of Silver Spring Tire and auto Service

I have purchased two Ford vehicles from the Silver Spring location, and I have always had excellent service performed on my vehicles at this Quick Lanes location. My Service Advisor, Brandon Staples, has always provided excellent customer service from keeping me informed on the status/progress of my car and any recommendations along the way. Additionally, the Mechanics/Technicians have always done superb service on my vehicles and I have never had an issue. With my most recent service they provided a video of the service done (which was something new), which blew my mind and was and excellent supplement to the paperwork they provide, as the actual Mechanic /Technician walks you through what service has been performed on your car (THANK YOU!) . The service Technician, Sidney, his coverage, and female at front desk were amazingly helpful and people-friendly. Got new tires, front and rear wipers, battery and spark plugs, but didn't have to wait as long as I originally planned. Also, was able to use my coupons, 4th tire $1, and then 15% off balance make your own coupon. Super pleased with all the discounts. Thank you all so much, and manager on duty as well. Didn't meet you, but certainly appreciative of you helping process my coupons. Very grateful. They even wash my mat inside vehicle. Thank you guys so, so much! Polite, courtesy staff. Just a warning, get an appointment for the quick lane. We've always just dropped it off and they would have it done in less than 2 hours. The other day when we left the car it took 7 HOURS. It would have been nice if they'd given us a heads up and warned us that it's going to take a lot longer than normal.

Been coming here for over a year now first with my 2017 escape and now with a 2020 explorer. They haven't disappointed me yet and thus so far I have been coming in regularly for my car needs. Customer service has been fantastic and they do a courtesy call to remind you of your appointment and aftercare visit call to see if we got any hesitations. I will update on this post if anything. Wanted to shout out the guy who's been working with me with the car needs. Once I get his name will update it.

I needed a new battery immediately and my usual dealership couldn't fit me in right away so I decided to try this location. While I was there, I also had them do an oil change and replace a burned out light bulb. Staff was very friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone. Repairs were done in a reasonable timeframe for a walk in, and prices were comparable to what I would have paid at my dealer. They also have a nice waiting room with internet access, coffee and snacks, and comfy chairs with tray tables for your computer that make working while you wait quite convenient. Based on all of this, I really wanted to like this place, and would probably consider going back for routine services like oil changes. The reason for three stars however is the laundry list of repairs they said
