Quick Lane® at Lamarque Ford

Jon, Errol and the rest of the team always give me top notch service. From oil changes to new tires, they always get me in and out quickly. They also take the time to explain in detail what is needed and what can wait. Can’t recommend them enough!

Had my car serviced there a few times these last 2 years. They have been quick and fixed my problems. I would have given 5 stars but I called earlier this week for something that couldnt wait and was transferred to parts. Left a message and never received a call back.

Called the service department to schedule a break job and replacing the AC belt on my F150. They told me there was no need to schedule and to just bring it to Quick Lane Service. I showed up there right when they opened on another day expecting to wait while they performed the work, and they told me it would take all day, or possibly 2 days, to complete. Wish they would have let me know in advance, or just let me schedule the service. I can't be without my vehicle for 2 days without some planning. Left 2 stars because they have generally been good with oil changes at Quick Lane when I show up at 7am.

I was told a quick 1/2 day computer update(as listed on the recall from Ford) will require dropping my truck off for 2-3 days. I said just let me know when you need it and I will drop it off that day. They said "You don't understand, there are vehicles ahead of you!" I worked my whole career on a 15 minute per hour schedule, I understand. Their business model sucks. I will not bring my 2022 F250 there again.

I brought my car for an oil change, well my son did, and they replaced my worn out wiper blades. I noticed that the driver’s side blade wasn’t working correctly, so I took it back and got a new one placed and same thing. I called and spoke Jon Cunningham and Kathy Norris and was told to bring it back to have them take another look. Well they figured it out and to no fault of their own, the body shop that did work on the hood had put the wipers arms on the wrong sides. Jon diagnosed AND fixed it for me today with no issues!
