Quick Lane at Mooresville Ford

Great customer service and communication! If you need to take your vehicle in for any maintenance/service. 10/10 recommend Brandon in the service department! Great attention to details to assist the technician(s) to understand whatever issues you may have. Thank you so much again!!!

Great service! Nobody does it better!

Just had my truck serviced for the first time. They have a good group of people working there. Can say enough about Amanda. How helpful and nice she was with me. Thank you! I will be sure to bring my vehicles here for all my services.

We used this service for our last oil change which went without a hitch and wonderfully. We scheduled a service appointment through the website that was set for a Saturday at 7:30am, got an email that confirmed it. My husband arrived to be told they don't open until 8, after showing the staff the confirmation for 7:30, they just shrugged their shoulders and kept the door locked. It would have been a very different situation if professionalism was shown, but now we won't use this location again. There could've been some kind of apology for the site scheduling being out of date or consideration for the misunderatanding.

The people was very nice. As far as the lot i didn't even see it going east its plain but its right where you turn. You need a sign thats way taller and bigger. If i would have seen the sign someone would have hit me if i would have tried to turn then. I didn't know where it was a better sign would be better and draw people in. I always knew it as up town i bought a car from you. I've never understood why ford didn't get a bigger place anyway you would do better if it was bigger.
