Not satisfied with the turn around time for service especially when the customer has an confirmed appointment for an oil change TAT over 3 hours. Poor communication by the CSR just has you sit and wonder what's going on without any updates. A few customers walked out in frustration. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Plantation Ford for simple maintenance.
Recently my engine light went on and I was worried, stopped here to diagnose the problem, Alfredo was super professional and helpful. Thank you!
