I pulled into the parking lot of Quick Lane with a completely flat rear tire. I went inside the office and was met by Ricky, the manager. I told him my situation. He immediately had my truck in a work bay and my tire and wheel removed and my spare installed. I was on my way within 30 minutes. And NO CHARGE. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I definitely recommend Quick Lane at Randall Reed Ford in Humble, Texas.

What a pleasant experience in and out in about 20 minutes great customer service with a smile very respectful and pleasant everyone smiling in the whole store. All the employees are happy. Must be getting paid well as they should be.

Brought My Wife and I’s 2018 Escape in for an oil change and battery replacement. Rickey handled everything with the upmost professionalism and answered all my questions. My Tech was Anthony and he was awesome !!! The battery change is a Pain in the A— but he made it look easy !! Car is running great !!! Its too bad we are moving from the area , I would definitely bring my vehicle back for any service it needs . Thanks Again ..

There is nothing "quick" about this place! We came for a simple oil change, waited an hour before the took my vehicle in to the bay. And then when we asked about how much longer it would be, the lady shook her finger in my face, saying "you have no idea how long an oil change takes!" Talk about rude! Very un customer friendly
