Quick Lane at Ray Seraphin Ford

Went to get my back break light replaced. 45 minutes later, when my car was done. I was then told that my back shocks needed to be replaced & one of my back tires. There was no reason for them to put my car on a lift to change out my breal light. Its is done through the trunk...🤔

I honestly have never had a really good car service experience, but Tony And his team changed that real fast. I was a bit nervous just showing up without an appointment but everything went off without any hitches. He made everything really easy going and the atmosphere was great. I barely have time for stuff like like this, but just knowing that I can come down and get excellent service, is amazing! I’ll definitely make sure to send people here.

I love bringing my car and my husband's here. Tony is awesome and clearly explains any additional maintenance that is needed on the car. They have always given me a quote before doing any additional work that is on the car outside of an oil change. Being able to bring my car in on a Saturday to the quick lane without an appointment is amazing. Keep up the great work team, you are all amazing!
