The tech was thorough and well-trained. I needed parts that were no longer manufactured by Ford and the Service Manager got after-market parts and gave me a Ford warranty on them. Their door-to-door pick up saved me from having to pay Uber.

Got an appointment on same day requested. Had a fresh cup of coffee while waiting for an oil change, which was started on time, as scheduled!

As a mail carrier, I am constantly needing oil changes and tire repairs. This has been my "go to" place for sometime. I stopped in today for a tire repair "patch". I was told it would be brought in for repair in about 10 minutes. It took about an hour and a half to patch my tire! I noticed there was a whole new staff and they were completely unapologetic to the situation. I'm not going to waste my time here anymore. On to the next station!
