Quick Lane at Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln

Went in for an oil change this morning, as you can see from the date on the oil filter, then drove straight home 5 miles. Went to leave this afternoon and noticed an oil spot. 2024 f350 with 25k, it’s never leaked anything. Started it up and could see an active drip from the oil pump/filter. They must have forgotten to remove the old oil filter gasket, which is beyond a rookie mistake, and they obviously didn’t check for leaks, which is ridiculous. This is what you get for $160. You must have to pay extra for them to check for leaks.

Waited 2 hours for an oil change with no update. When one of the ladies went over the inspection report and I had told her I just wanted to get my car and leave as we had been waiting for 2 hours she was very condescending and rude. I will not come here again.

Edit* Had some problems with the recall process Ford Manufactures put out on my vehicle but the dealership here went above and beyond to get me a quick resolution. Thank you very much!!! Edit: been waiting for 6 months to have my door ding fixed when my car was sitting in their parking lot for months.

Love going to quick lane at Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln. Both times that I have gotten an oil change they have been quick and efficient. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Wonderful service and would recommend to anyone needing an oil change.

Paid over 100 bucks for an oil change and tire rotation, they told me my engine air filter was "excellent" and they topped off my fluids... even tho 2 warnings pop when you start the vehicle, right above the odometer, to change filter and fill w.s. fluid. Just crawled under the hood, in the middle of winter, to find empty w.s. fluid and a dirty air filter- pretty nervous what else I'll find... I had another vehicle serviced at the same time that I'll have to check and worry about
