Quick Lane at Sunbury Motor Company

I was there to have my CRV inspection done and oil changed. I had it under my wife’s name and all I can say is husband’s be careful letting your wife take her car to this palace they will take advantage of any woman fortunately I was with her and they tried to take advantage of her and make her pay for windshield wiper blades when they were nothing wrong with them and I caught them on it. No telling what else they are doing to people that are leaving their vehicle and picking it up later don’t trust these people. I will for now on taking my vehicle somewhere else!!!

I frequently stop here for my three vehicles to have routine oil changes, tires and such done. They’ve always been great to me and never seem to try to upsell me things that I don’t need.

The service at Sunbury Motors has been excellent as it was again yesterday. The only reason that I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 was because of how far off the time estimate was (took 2 ½ hours longer) for the services I requested. There were not even any additional repairs needed. Had I known that I would be waiting there most of the day, I would not have said that I would wait for my car and would have requested a ride back home.

Had fairly good service, but was a little disappointed. Was set up for an appointment for an inspection, rear brakes, and 4 tires. This had all been discussed and decided on ahead of time when I had my oil changed. Tires were picked out and prices approved. When it came time to do the actual service though, I didn't get an alignment like I had asked for and been quoted, and they put on my service record they did a complimentary car wash, which they definitely did not do. I'm not too disappointed about the free car wash, but the alignment kind of irks me. We had discussed it the week prior and again when the appointment was set. I wish I had been the one to take my car in for this service rather than my wife than maybe I would have caught it.
