Excellent service and polite staff. I have not experienced this quality of service from any other service center I’ve visited. They are very accommodating and worked around my schedue. They even dropped off my car when it was ready.
I had a recall on my Ford Escape when I was in Florida. Everyone at Ford Mullinax was friendly, helpful and efficient. They have me a loaner and even brought me my car when it was ready. I will always bring my car to them!
Mada an appointment for 3, was on my in 35 minutes, now thats Quick Lane, lol. Thanks Lea, great service and with a personal touch. People make the difference.
Great people, great service! If all dealer service departments ran like this we'd all be better off. I'm a 36 year vet of the auto aftermarket and recommend them highly!
