I had an amazing experience at Quick Lane Brawley! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly and with a friendly attitude. She was professional, helpful, and truly made the whole process stress-free. Horrible. Broken oil drain plug. They never checked the cabin air filter. Damaged the dust shield under the car. Left it leaking. Claimed our tires were bad and needed replacing when they only had 500 miles on them from brand new. They tried talking us into services that were not needed at all and didn't do ½ of what we brought it in for. Plus, after we refused new tires, they wanted to rotate the tires. But our 98 Mercedes SLK has staggered tires which can not be rotated.

Would have gave it 5 stars but I had a "kinda" bad experience with one of the front desk sales reps that kept on giving me the run around 4 times by the name of Joel Ibelieve, it's actually that one on the photo. But I was helped by another sales person by the name Greg and he really turned out to be good help to me, I really liked his professionalism and being straight forward with me. I don't know if I will be taking it back because I really wouldn't want to deal with that other sales reps, but as for the work they did on my truck, install front coilovers & alignment, they did a good job on my truck.

quick lane in Brawley owes me $200 in rebates, and they keep passing the buck, now two employees no longer there and new staff don't give a crap. Will never see my rebates.

Oil change prices are not competitive. Asked the front clerk if they wash you vehicle after, his response “why do we have to”. I understand prices can vary with oil changes but no need to be rude.
