Service experience went smooth for my truck’s first oil change. The techs did forget to install three of my green tire valve stem caps. After sending a text message I was told just to swing by and they would take care of it. Despite having to come back I’m still giving them 5 stars for being friendly and helpful. I’ll check next time to make sure they install the caps.

Great experience overall. I’d like to specifically highlight the attentiveness of Johnny. His work ethic and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service were truly impressive. I also want to thank Victor, the manager, for his direct involvement in my case. He stepped up and demonstrated strong leadership when it was needed most. His willingness to roll up his sleeves and get involved created momentum that encouraged other leaders to step in and support my situation as well. I’m very grateful to this entire team for turning my experience into such a positive one.

Very nice facility, friendly and helpful people. We were traveling from Vermont and the truck was due for an oil change and tire rotation. They took me in without an appointment. I was in and out within two hours.

This was my first oil change for my Ford Bronco since purchasing it, and I was blown away by the customer service. The team was extremely detailed and thorough, and I appreciated receiving updates throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and the experience felt seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Oil change was fast and efficient. Check engine light was on and unfortunately they could not help assess why/run a diagnostic because that is a separate part of the service department?? Would have been 5 stars if they at least helped schedule the correct service appointment.
