Nathan, the service advisor, and the Maryland State Inspector who is leaving both did an absolutely amazing job. They went above and beyond and did everything it took to get my truck inspected. Professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about doing things the right way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend them both!

I have used Pittsville Ford and their satellite facility - Quick Lane - for over 3 years now and they have ALWAYS met or exceeded my expectations with respect to fast, efficient service, as well as professional competence in identifying and correcting any issues that have arisen on my 2022 Explorer. Edit: The Manager handled my review and reached out to me. He was very helpful and addressed all my concerns. He worked diligently to provide me a refund of the new tire and process a warranty to the full set. Very thankful for everything. Purchased and had 4 tires installed on 8/19/2025 on 9/19/2025 one tire had a leak. Called for an appointment for a replacement and was told it would cost another $240 as I didn't purchase the warranty that I was never offered. Paid because I have no other option as I have to have my car and was still not offered a warranty for anything. I understand that things happen but having to put out for 5 tires in 30 days and then not being offered anything further is laughable. Yes I was frustrated and not so nice to the service lady.
