Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center

The quick lane at 23 Ford has great service, Chris and Andrew were more than helpful, they went above and beyond to help me fix my cars issues. My car has been driving so much better since. I will be going there for any car troubles that I have in the future!

Maybe they're fine for other service related issues, but i would avoid if you are looking for an oil change. They do not accept appointments and its walk in only. First time i didn't think anything of it and was told an hour when i showed up. It ended up taking 2.5 hours. Oil change only, no tire rotations, or inspections. Thought this might have been an aberration so gave it another try since i was passing by. Walked in and there was 2-3 people in the waiting area, thought i might have been lucky. Requested an oil change, guy peaked in the back, and said 2 hours, which i can only imagine probably meant 3 hours.

Chris was so professional and helpful for my issue. He did so much research to obtain the best results for me. I am a 65 year old widow and felt very comfortable with his diagnostics and end results were very cost efficient and truly honest. Would recommend this location to everyone.

Great place and great people. Work is efficient and quality. They take care of my vehicle maintenance without issue. been coming here to service my Ford Explorer for 5 years and will keep coming back. They have a nice waiting room and complimentary coffee.

Pretty good for an add-on quick service at a car dealership. One star off because they hadn't spotted leaky transmission coolant hoses in more than one visit, but overall they're decent for what they do. Just take more complex issues to your favorite mechanic.
