Quick Lane® Tire & Auto Center at Fritts Ford

Had a wheel balancing service done here. Despite the fact that I explicitly provided the correct special key for the decorative wheel covers, the technicians used an impact gun to tighten them. As a result, the covers are now severely over-tightened. I cannot remove the wheel myself anymore and now have to look for another technician with a large breaker bar or special tools just to get it off, risking damage to the covers and the wheel. This is a basic technical failure and clear negligence. For an official Ford service center, this level of work is unacceptable. Not recommended.

Went to get my oil changed I had an appointment at 7am and I was on time but the front desk was 10 minutes late then when I finally get my car back at 10 I look through the paperwork and I’m like I’m not seeing the oil change on hear and their like oh you wanted an oil change. 3 hours to rotate my tires and do an inspection. 45min later they start the oil change. Took 5 hours total to do a 30min job.

I scheduled a oil change and a recall repair over the phone. Truck was picked up and the recall was the only thing done. No oil change was done. They tried to make it right by scheduling a in home appointment at my house, but yet again nothing ever happened. No show no call. I don't think I'll be going back here again. On top of that I purchased my truck here.

Oil change took over 3 hours! Are you kidding me !! Taking an appointment has no impact. Very poor customer service experience I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone with quick lane maintenance plan Went 2 times to the service technician and they asked me to wait for 15 minutes I have been waiting for 3 hours .. 😒 A waste of time and non professional service NOT RECOMMEND.

i made an appointment and I was informed that an oil change and a car wash would be 1.5 hours. I understand if that was without an appointment, but with one, it seemed too long. In reality it took 2.5 hours, that is an additional hour, if I had known I would have gone home instead of waiting around. While that is frustrating, what is really horrible is that although I was informed that everything was inspected including the tires. As started to drive the car (as i was leaving my parking spot) I heard a clicking. I ignored it since my tires supposedly had just been checked. down the street I pulled over to find a nail in my tire. I don't believe that my tire got a nail at the dealership, but I do believe you failed to properly inspect my car. I do not feel the company thinks of my safety as
