My wife’s car just passed inspection by my long time, very reputable mechanic. My wife took it in for a tire alignment after getting a new tie rod and wheel bearing put on as well as 4 brand new tires this year and they wanted to try and cheat my wife out of $2000 worth of unnecessary work, then tried to sell her another alignment after all that was completed. I told her it was a scam so she paid for just the alignment and left. Beware!!!! They only see $$$$ not customers!!!!

My initial interaction at Quick Lane was decent. I was greeted with a friendly smile and the atmosphere was welcoming. I waited about 48 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Honda Civic, which was reasonable. When I went to leave, I noticed my TPMS light was on. That’s fairly common after a tire rotation, so I recalibrated the system and drove the recommended speed and distance. Unfortunately, the light came back on, which typically indicates a faulty TPMS sensor. This was within about an hour of leaving. I returned to the shop and spoke with the service advisor, Kirk. I explained what happened and made it clear I wasn’t asking them to pay for the repair. I dropped my car off at Quick Lane at 9:00 AM and never received any updates throughout the entire day. After waiting all day, I finally called them around 4:00 PM to check in — only for them to call me back at 4:05 to tell me what needed done and that they’d hopefully get it finished before closing. That’s not how customer service should work. On top of that, they wanted to charge over $400 just to replace a single TPMS sensor in one tire. Completely unreasonable and unprofessional experience from start to finish. I won’t be returning.

Place is a place that steals your money. Get work done and not installed properly then fail you at your inspection due to that. Customer Service is very poor the some workers dont know english. All together bad experience! Overpriced!!

I purchased my ford focus in 2015 and used quicklane for my state inspection on a regular basis. This past experience will cause me not to go back ever again. They failed me for brakes, rotors and tires. Now I know my brakes and rotors needed fixed, but my tires were just purchased the year before. They were going to charge me over $1500 for new brakes and rotors, plus whatever it was going to cost for brand new tires. I told the gentleman to go ahead and fail me, knowing that I was going take it elsewhere for much cheaper. I took my car to another reputable shop who passed me on my tires, but did fail me on my brakes and rotors. The total bill was under $600. I feel like quicklane is not there for the customer and is only there to take advantage of people to make more money. My wife done
