Supposed to be a Quick lane location but operates more as a run of the mill service center. 4 hour wait for an oil change. Quick lane name should be removed. No clear direction on where to park or pull up to nor entrance. You're frustrated before you even ask for services. Then if I had gotten oil changed there I was going to have to go to another location to check in. Absolutely terrible.
Ford is awesome. Great trucks, awesome service! Issac is the best, give that man a raise! Been going there for years to get my 08 and 16 F150 serviced because of Issac.
They were very courteous and friendly. Was quick to get my car fixed, did a great job on it.
It was great they good care of me. Randy is always nice to us.
Great service, quick and fair pricing. Will go to again.
