Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center

I went in today for an oil change, tire rotation and balancing of the tires. I got the “Works” package that included the tire rotation and oil change. When checking out I asked about the balancing since I noticed the charge did not include the $67.10 that I was told when I called at 9:20 this morning to inquire. The guy told me that I did not mention anything about that, but when I walked in I did mention that. Because he told me that he had multiple vehicles he was working on and that it would be about an hour once they started on it. I asked about what time they would be completed, he said about noon, which was good with me. I left the car and came back at noon to pick up. To get into your car to run an errand and the car won't start is truly an unexpected experience. A call to Quick Lane brought two technicians to my home to quick start my car. They took my car back to the shop to give it a once over to see if all is working properly. Ben, the manager, drove my car back to my home. He explained to me, in detail, all that was done and he assured me all checked out fine. This all took place within an hour. The professionalism at Quick Lane is outstanding. I am extremely pleased with Quick Lane and you will be too.

I usually come here because they provide great service and have quick turnaround around times. I had called during the week to ask about a list of work I needed done. One of the items to include all new tires. I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment and he told me just to walk in. When I went to the store, I ask for all new tires. After some time, they came back and said they were out of stock and asked if I could come back at a later date. Very frustrating that I called, was made to feel like I could walk in. Just for them not to have what I need, and need to schedule an “appointment”.

Everyone at Quick Lane is friendly. They always show us the part that needs to be replaced and get our okay before replace it. They answer any questions we may have. They treat us like family and have actually done little, minor repairs for us without charge.

Ended up in Levelland, TX for Thanksgiving with a low tire. Pulled in and they got right on it. Evidently the previous tire shop had not patched it correctly. Fun, friendly environment. Clean, and top notch service. Wish I had one at home.
