I had an unexpected emergency today, I was a bit frantic trying to figure out my options as I had a flat tire with a broken air valve. I called probably 3 times with 3 different questions and Ken was immensely kind and helpful on each call. I was able to bring the tire to them and it was fixed within the hour! Didn’t waste my time or run my pockets. Staff was courteous & had great energy, I will certainly be back for any auto body shop needs.

Excellent service. I have been bringing all of my vehicles there for many years. They are honest , don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. They keep you updated on status of repairs. And they stand behind their work.

Can’t speak highly enough. From the owner, to the service managers/advisors, to the top techs and B techs. Quick Lane Naugatuck is the EXAMPLE of what a hometown FORD (and other) lite shop should emulate.

Great place to get an oil change. Quick and easy service. I was greeted with a smile and they answered all my questions. I was in an out in less than an hour.

i was in an accident at the dunkin across the street. A very nice gentleman (who i didn’t get his name in the frantic state i was in) came out to help me resecure my bumper to make my vehicle driveable. I’m extremely appreciative of the time he took out of his day to help me quickly & efficiently! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
