Took my Chevy avalanche in for an alignment which I haven't had done since 2017 so it was past due and they told me that it was perfect and they didn't charge me for the check. I think that was very honest of them they could have easily just said it was done and charged me the $99.95 for the service.

My A/C was blowing warm air. Took my car there to have them check on the Freon levels/add Freon if needed. Almost 2hrs go by before they let me know Freon is fine but there’s other issues with the A/C- they cannot fix it there- and here’s a $135 diagnosis fee?!?! I was NOT happy.

DO NOT bring your car to this place, if you don't want it to get screwed up. I brought my 2010 Volvo XC90 here for an oil change & tire rotation, and now when I hit my brakes, the front end vibrates, and it's more violent when going faster. The technician states that my front rotors are warped. The technician also suggested that perhaps my calipers went bad - and it just happened to coincide with when they touched my car. The customer service person suggested having the rotation un-done. That's not a solution. SOMETHING went wrong, while the car was in their care, and they won't take responsibility.
