Quick N Clean Car Wash

This is probably a great place to take your car if you live just in the city and your car doesn’t get very dirty. But I live on a dirt road in the country and I’ve taken my car here twice when I visit my parents and both times they have treated me with poor customer service and acted like cleaning a dirty car was not their job. Today I was told that they would clean my truck this time but next time I need to rinse it off first. The whole reason why I take my car to a car wash is to get the mud off. I don’t recommend this location for anyone looking for a good customer experience or anyone who uses their cars outside of the city.

Update:: They've kept my favorite workers and they've chilled out on making them stand by the kiosk all day in all elements. I'll update to five stars. The car wash is great. I just think it's really ridiculous that they have employees standing outside at all times in the heat and in the cold. There's no way that they are paying those people well enough to be sitting outside at all times. The previous car wash owner would have the employees run out if help was needed. Therefore, two stars for the way that you treat your employees.

This has to be the cleanest and best operated car wash I have been to! I have always just bought a membership at the car wash but this one by far is the cleanest, has the strongest and best vacuums, and even the employee who greeted us as we pulled up was super friendly and kind. The gentleman patiently walked me through each one of the car wash options. And I have to say since I commute 30 minutes each day to be able to get the bugs off my car is no small miracle. I absolutely love this car wash. It not only cleaned my van but it even felt welcoming. They’ve even put up a privacy fence so you can vacuum your cars peacefully. So much thought out in to it ☺️

From the moment I pulled Into the establishment there was a gentleman smiling and waiving me through. I pull up and DJ was his name greeted me with a friendly smile and had excitement and confidence about the wash my truck would receive. I was very concerned about the auto car wash getting my truck clean or leaving it dirty. He explained and reassured me, ma’am this will clean it way better than you can imagine. He was right! I have never been more pleased or impressed with how much less work I had to do after my wash! Thank you and you have gained a lifelong customer. Oh and my entire family now will come only here for the excellent service from staff, the perfection in the auto wash, and the amazing top notch amenities to detail the inside of your vehicle. Signed up for the plan. The second time I go there it was closed 45 mins earlier than the posted closing time. A few times after that they were closed in the middle of the day. A week later cones up again and closed mid day. They were personally detailing two cars though? Two times I went to get a car wash in August they were closed. I told a lady I couldn’t get my car washed in August so I’d like to cancel. She said I wouldn’t be billed for august and I wrote down no car wash available in August. I still got billed the full $30. Not cool. Sure got the last $30 for free like I wouldn’t see it on my statement? Nice. Never called back. Never refunded 9-10-2024
