Quick Quack Car Wash

Giving 3 stars. There were not enough employees this Sunday when I went. Alex the assistant manager was running all over the place with great attitude hence why I am giving the 3 stars. I paid for the top wash and had to go again due to the poor quality of the wash or the incorrect wash option picked. When I went again. I got stuck in machine. Almost at the end of the wash. Alex was doing his best to help me. After sometime that felt like a life time I just drove my car out of the wash with some soap and residual chemicals. Needless to say not a good experience for a first timer in this new place. They had to reset the entire system and would take about 20 mins. I did not have the time nor did I wanna get back in there. Been a while since I had washed my car by hand so decided to go through quick quack. Mr. Alex had a great attitude and helped choose an option that made my truck look brand new. He made the trip and choise easy for me and I will definitely come again whenever I need a quick wash!

Armani was very helpful very courteous and helped me dry my vehicle. Entire staff was gracious. Even got a free air freshener with the duck! Highly recommend!!

There are 2 quick quack washes that are my favorite because of service and support. This one here on freddie gonzalez and mcColl. This quick quack is run by Mr. Robert. The manager awesome customer service. And equipment is always up and running properly and if it is not let them know when they will get it fixed quick. The assistant manager here Mr. Alex is awesome. Great customer service goes out of his way to help me out. All I have to do is ask. When you come to the quick quack on mccoll and freddie gonzalez they have an awesome ad on to clean your floor mats, ask where it is. It is awesome.
