Quick Quack Car Wash

I had an excellent experience at Quick Quack Car Wash thanks to Jeanae and Dora. From the moment I arrived, they were both friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. They made the process quick and easy while making sure everything was taken care of perfectly. It’s not often you come across employees who go the extra mile with such positive attitudes. Jeanae and Dora truly made my visit stand out, and because of them I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location if you want fast service and a team that really cares. Five stars!

The Quick Quack Car Wash on Bruceville Road in Elk Grove is one of my least favorite car wash locations. This location is very tiny. So it has a shorter automatic car wash machine, a tighter driveway, and fewer vacuum cleaner stations. Half the time, I can’t find an open vacuum station after the car wash, and my car often has lots of soap foam on it after the car wash. Unfortunately, this is the location near my house. So it is the most convenient place for me!

Here’s a little story that I’d like to share. I feel like I should be saying the name Jed here 😂 for some reason. This photo is my Bronco. It’s dirty. I live on a ranch and drive down more than a mile of dirt road when I leave and come home. The road is uneven and after a rain I splash in some puddles on my way in and out, my big tires cause the dirt to spray. The photo is the result. So anyway, today was a day in town and I was wearing black slacks so thought, hey how about a quick car wash. When I saw The Quick Quack car wash on Laguna in Elk Grove I thought well that’s perfect. Here is what ensued……. Me: drive into car wash lane, reading signs about options, signs about members lane, cash card lane. I choose my lane at the car wash and wait for attendee. Moriah at Quick Quack Car Wash is AMAZING. Seriously one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met at a car wash. She greeted me right away with a smile, explained the wash options clearly without being pushy, and made the whole experience super easy and comfortable. You can tell she actually cares about customers and takes pride in her job. The energy she brings makes a regular car wash feel like top-tier service. My car came out spotless, and the customer service was just as impressive. Quick Quack is lucky to have her — I’ll definitely be coming back because of Moriah!
