Quick Quack Car Wash

It’s kind of cute that there’s a duck projected on the windshield during the automatic wash. Unfortunately, the wash itself didn’t do a great job and left several old stains and soap residue behind. I went back and asked for a re-wash since the policy allows it if the car isn’t cleaned properly. The staff couldn’t find my car information that they had scanned earlier (not sure why it was scanned in the first place), and said they couldn’t give me a re-wash. I had to pull up my dash cam footage and card transaction to show that I had just been there. What should have been a quick car wash turned into an unpleasant experience. Quick Quack Car Wash is fast, convenient, and easy to use. The staff is friendly and the line moves quickly. My car usually comes out clean and shiny, and I like that the process only takes a few minutes. It’s a great option if you need a quick wash.

This is literally the worst location of any quick quack I’ve ever been to. It’s always gridlock trying to get in the parking lot and get out. Just to even turn on holiday Street to get to the car wash is a nightmare. Quick quack only has one location in Fairfield! There are two in Dixon and Dixon‘s not even a quarter of the size of Fairfield. Do better quick Quach because right now in Fairfield you suck.

Danielle was 1000/10 super friendly and helped me understand the membership! I also love the amenities this location has like clean towels, strong vacuums and my car actually gets clean the first run through. Love this place and the staff!

Jada was amazing, she really helped me navigate the payments for the ceramic shield Lucky duck and good options. Ended up getting talked into the ceramic duck, don’t talk to her for too long because you will definitely buy everything! Very helpful thank you.
