Quick Quack Car Wash

Very disappointed with my experience today. The passenger side of my vehicle was not close to clean. Apparently there is a 30 min window in which you can return for a rewash. I was about 10 mins past this window so I couldn't get an automatic rewash. The customer service rep tried to upsell me on a monthly membership, to which I responded "I don't want to pay more if it doesn't clean my car". I then waited for the manager to come out to see if they would override. After waiting 20 mins the manager never appeared and I had to leave.

Paid $25 with tax. My truck is still so dirty it doesn't even look like I went through a car wash. Total waste of money. Extremely disappointing.

This location is laid-back. Quack Carwash doesn’t just clean your car, it floats above the rest. From the first splash to the final dry, it’s a smooth ride through a sudsy symphony of efficiency. The service? Quick as a quack and twice as friendly. Melanie and the rest of the staff are consistently phenomenal! Your car rolls in grimy and waddles out preened to perfection. The brushes? Gentle as a duckling’s hug. The shine? Enough to make a goose do a double take. They don’t wing it, they nail it. Every. Single. Time. Bottom line: If your car needs a glow-up, put it in the flock that rocks. Quack is quacktastic.

$32 for a wash promising shiny tires and cleanliness. Judge for yourselves. Is this a $32 car wash results at its finest? The LAST time I use Quick Quack. I think it's time to clean off the lousy results.

I signed up for a membership, but the wash consistently misses the passenger side of my vehicle. It happens almost every time. To make matters worse, the towel station is frequently empty, so I can’t even wipe down the areas that were missed. If you’re charging for a membership, the wash quality and basic supplies like towels should be reliable. Pretty disappointing experience so far. Considering cancelling the membership if this is how the car wash is ran on a consistent basis.
