Quick Quack Car Wash

I work just up the street from this location that’s why I purchased an account for the convenience. Over the past 2 weeks this place has opened late 4 times that average is crazy! The employee comes up and gives his well practiced excuse and sends all cars that have been waiting for them to open on time at 7am. Does anyone in management know what’s going on? Why is this being allowed- sooner or later reviews like this will flood this place and people will stop coming - FIX IT Update : 2/4- late opening again, 2/25 - no one came out to tell all 5 cars they would not open on time again - we just left

This is a very disappointing location. They had no towels, it was early in the morning and no spaces to dry your car, and one of the service vans for quick quack took up one of the spaces to dry your car. The problem with this company is they oversell memberships, and then they operate bad locations that are tiny. If you go to ultra express I think they have like 25 spaces to dry your car while quick quack has 10. It's great that you try to sell stuff that's cute, but when you offer no service that's bad for business. Con's: 1. Tiny location with only 10 spaces to dry your car. 2. No towels and absent manager 3. Employee driving a company van took up a space leaving just 9 spaces for customers. 4. QQ oversells memberships making 99% of its locations impossible. 5. Great wash and lots of available spots to vacuum and clean out the car. Staff were also nice and helpful. Convenient location right on the corner.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this car wash! From start to finish, everything was smooth, easy, and convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick without sacrificing quality. My car came out spotless inside and out, and I really appreciated how simple it was to use all of the features—everything was clearly set up, well-maintained, and hassle-free. I had a great experience thanks to Marissa. She is professional, friendly and efficient, and she made sure everything was done right from start to finish. It’s refreshing to see leadership that truly cares about both customers and quality. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location.
