Quick Quack Car Wash

I never thought I’d describe a car wash as a party, but here we are. Quick Quack Car Wash is basically a disco for your vehicle. The second you pull in, the lights start flashing, the colors are popping, and it feels like your car just got VIP access to Studio 54. The foam show? Elite. The spinning brushes? Choreographed. The whole experience is like your car is out there dancing its way to a spotless shine. And the best part? Two minutes later, you roll out looking like you just drove off a showroom floor. Fast, friendly, ridiculously fun — 10/10 would let my car boogie here again. 🕺🚗✨

If i could summarize my experience at quick quack car wash in one word that word would be…. life changing. This place is magical, i started off my day quite disappointed and sad since my goldfish died and needed something to clear my mind. And the CERAMIC DUCK Unlimited membership was just the thing i needed! i went through and told the worker (i think his name was Cameron) that i was interested in signing up for a membership and he gave me all the info and suggested that i sign up for the ceramic membership! For a great price you can come in as many time a month as you want to and get a wash. Honestly mind blowing, i come thru 6-7 times a week and now my car is so pretty! I was looking at the prices and for the ceramic single wash it was 12 cheaper then the membership, i was confused so

When I pay the overpriced monthly rate, I expect to have towels replaced. It’s 50 degrees, so freezing is not an excuse. Second time in two weeks. Where is your quality control? Pay workers more so they show up? Every single towel bin has towels dangling over it. Do better QQ. Your patrons deserve better.

Update: the social media team contacted me and had the store manager reach out to offer a refund. I appreciate the effort to make it right! I come here every few months. Only when I really need a wash. I always get the “good” wash and it costs about $12. This last time I went, I asked for the “good” wash again but was charged for the top tier wash. Double price, around $27.99. I didn’t get a receipt and didn’t notice the extra charge until a couple of days later. I went back to the store directly and they took my information and said they would get back to me with my refund. They could see my history that I have never purchased the top tier wash so it was pretty obvious I was telling the truth about my situation. I was told it would take a few days to get back to me but it’s now two weeks

Everything is great with quick quack except there's been multiple times that there's just not enough vacuums but the biggest drawback is that they don't have rubber floor mat machine cleaner. Wiggy wash has one and it's really great, especially living somewhere where mud constantly gets on the rubber mats. If they could just have one floor mat washing machine that would be awesome, especially since they continue to raise the prices. It gets pretty discouraging that they've raised the price so much but there's locations everywhere which is very convenient. I would probably go back to wiggy wash if they had more locations because they offer better services.
