The wash itself does an excellent job—my car comes out clean, shiny, and spotless every time. I also appreciate how well-maintained the facility is and how easy it is to get in and out without long wait times. I absolutely love this car wash! I switched over when I went through with a dang bug graveyard on my front bumper from a road trip, my old car wash didn't get off. Quick Quack got it off first time through. Freindly staff! Thanks guys!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash for three years, but the way I was treated recently was completely unacceptable. I went to wash my car at 18659 Bear Valley Rd, Hesperia, CA 92345, right next to Bernia and Wendy’s, and I was already upset about an issue. When I tried to talk to the employee and asked to cancel my membership immediately, he didn’t even bother to listen. He walked away, grabbed the tablet, and started processing the cancellation without asking why or even attempting to understand the problem. For someone who has been paying them for three years, this level of disrespect was shocking. It clearly shows they have no understanding of customer service, customer retention, or how to professionally handle a complaint. I even emailed them explaining everything and askin

Love the them of the place. Staff is always friendly. We signed up at the grand opening for a good trial deal. My kids love that a duck appears on the window during the wash. No issues so far.

The service was great and the cashier, Alexis, she was absolutely the best person to deal with super professional super kind, very knowledgeable answered all my questions about the ceramic wash definitely will be returning again and getting a membership(:
