Ordered a new one of their Tachometers from one of their dealers in April, couple months later installed it and tried it and it wouldn’t even turn on. Contacted Ted and was told to send it in. Was told on the phone the serial number was a few years prior manufacture date, and their dealer must have had it on the shelf for a while. Then was point blank lied to and told it would be fixed and shipped out on the following Monday. Several weeks later I still hadn’t received it and contacted them again. Was told that I lied and it wasn’t new, even though I sent them the receipt for it. Got told it was old and was trying to steal from them.
