Quick Smog

I’d rate them 0 stars if i could . I go inside this afternoon to ask the guy if I could get an inspection, as i just moved to CA & found out i needed one to register my car . The older guy there goes to check it, then walks out immediately & says “ the check engine light is on, go fix it then come back “ …. So i stop & ask “ is there anything else i need to have done or need to get checked before I come back ? “ i had called previously to ask if they did inspections & he never mentioned my check engine light shouldn’t be on to start with . I also wasn’t aware of anything that was required to be completed before getting an inspection done . He proceeds to say, “ when we get there we’ll handle B, C, D & E . Let’s handle A first “ so i respond “ but is that machine you were about to use on

I called in to schedule an appointment to bring my vehicle and they were open to help me out that same day. Very quick, easy and straightforward. The gentlemen that helped me was very kind, patient in explaining the full process (since it was my first time doing a smog test) and transparent about everything. Highly recommend it!

I'm new to CA and not familiar with how smog inspections work. I have a 2018 car that I took here to get inspected and the gentleman kindly explained I didn't actually need to get the check done since it is less than 8 years old. This shop obviously has a good amount of integrity and that is hard to come by in any type of auto shop. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service!! This place is as clean as a 5 star hotel lobby. No hassle. The gentleman was very professional and fast. This smog station also does other DMV services such as, transfer, sticker etc. Thia is going to be my new home for smog test.

Very unprofessionally run. Very rude and unethical. Greedy wanted to charge money for nothing. Over the phone he reassured will do a scan and no charge if it's not going to pass and still unrightfully acted like doing work to charge anyway. ZERO customer service and a mocking disrespectful manner. You may not see all my negative points if your car passes easily, but once you get into a conflict with someone like, you either pay for nothing and go or refuse to pay because he didn't meet with his agreement based on his own word then you may experience all these negative issues. DON'T DO A BUSINESS AT THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM GETTING SCAMMED.
