Jay and his brother at QuickFix Tires, really deserve those 5 stars. They were straight with me from the start, totally honest, and they didn't push any extra stuff I didn't need. It's a busy place, high volume with quick turnaround, but somehow, they keep it all organized and professional, and they focus on doing the right thing for the customer. Fair Value Pricing. It's the cheapest I've found around the Kansas City Metro Area, and I've checked out a bunch of tire shops over the course of 30 years. The value you get for this kind of service, is hard to beat. I was having trouble with a tire and thought I was going to need a new valve stem or maybe even a new tire. When I arrived J looked at my tire and said I'll be right back. He fixed the valve stem for me in about 1 minute and told me no charge. He could have easily sold me a new tire or valve stem. That's good honest people. I will definitely be back

I had a total tire blowout a block down the street from the shop (with no spare). I walked to the closest store, which was luckily QuickFix! They assured me they would help and walked down the street, put on a temporary tire, drove it to the shop and then installed my new tire. All at a very fair price. It was a situation where I could have easily been taken advantage of (stranded over an hour from home on a hot day) but instead was treated like a long time customer. I’d hope if my children found themselves in a situation like this they’d wander into just such a business.(They even asked if I’d text them to let them know I made it home safely given the long drive.) Not a lot of places you feel like you can trust anymore, this is one of them.

I took in a tire that I thought was irreparable, but these guys fixed it in just a few minutes and saved me tons of money. Quick, reasonable, and honest. Great experience!

The owner is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The customer service was 5 stars and the price was the cheapest I found around. They installed great used tires with a lot of tread left.
