Great service from Brice today!! He's friendly and knowledgeable. Those poor guys have to be freezing though because I was freezing and I only had my window down... seems like as hard as these employees work that something could be done by the company to make it easier (not harder) for them to give a positive customer experience.

Their staff is very friendly and helpful. My car can't start today in the plaza outside their shop. I walked to them for help. They helped me jump the car twice and ultimately help me push the car to a parking spot since something else is wrong with the car. Theoretically, they don't have to help me, but they are still nice enough to help out. Your kindness is greatly appreciated!

The staff is always friendly. No pressure from the staff up selling to another level of oil or additional services.

Now that I've gone twice, I feel I can give an accurate review. This shop is professional and consistent. Both times, I did not have to wait - I drove right into the bay. I sat down in the clean waiting room and about 3 minutes later, I was told the only thing that needed additionally was coolant. Great! Give me some of that! The entire visit took less than 10 minutes. Very affordable. Friendly service and totally worth the extra few miles for such thorough work. Thanks!!
