I recently called Quinn Tire & Services because I had a few questions about getting an oil change for my girlfriend’s car, as she lives in the area. I work in a shop out of town myself, so I’m familiar with how some places operate and how pricing can vary. The person I spoke with on the phone was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions clearly and honestly without rushing the conversation. Most importantly, they did not try to upsell unnecessary services or overcharge for the work I was asking about. That kind of straightforward, transparent communication really stood out to me.
