I came in to fix a flat and this curly hair kid gave me attitude and started calling me names when I asked him to use wood since they don’t have pucks - after his coworker gave him a wood block and he refused to use it . Not only did he not use pucks or wood ( I have a Tesla) but the level of disrespect and disregard is beyond me . Don’t come here for anything. That kid needs his attitude checked before someone shows him , oh and the owner tried to justify the kids action by saying he’s only 14! Umm child labor laws….

Over the last 40 years my experience of typical tire shops has mostly been negative, in chain shops in Fallon, Fernley, Reno. Lug nuts finger loose, lug nuts so tight they warped the rotors, so over-torqued a 4-foot cheater pipe was needed to get a flat tire off. Tires grossly over-inflated. "New" tires with nearly-expired dates. An undriveable car due to a wheel weight not installed. Being lied to about needing $800 of steering work on an RV that steered fine and had no slack in system. Later paid an independent mechanic to verify. He said, "I hear this all the time about that national franchise." I've come to expect careless work by tire shops. So Quintero's was a happy surprise. Very quick and efficient had my front two tires replaced. It's first come first serve but definitely worth it.

Went in to have new tires swapped onto my truck. They were friendly and had me out of there in about 40 minutes
