Received my truck back wasn’t even fully clean upon delivery they only buffed the panels they painted instead of the entire truck so it doesn’t blend in and the new paint is full of swirls and scratches and the drivers side is covered in over spray and the emblems are gonna fall off the first car wash when asked to make right on it I got told by the owner we don’t do work we don’t get paid for so I guess they didn’t get paid 12k to do the job from progressive 👍

Just picked up my car from being repaired after a pretty lousy situation with a side swipe style accident. The folks here were super flexible with getting paperwork done due to conflicting schedules. The work they did was absolutely incredible. My car looks like the day it rolled off the assembly line. They also vacuumed and did a quick once over of the interior which shows they genuinely care about their work. Wish I could give 10 stars, absolutely hands down the best in town.

R&A was recommended by my insurance agent as I had some relatively minor damage on my Mercedes from someone backing into my car. I brought the car over and Kyle gave me a very fair estimate and I made an appointment to bring the car in the following week. The repair was completed flawlessly within a couple of hours of the drop off, and at a cost even less than the estimate. The staff there are friendly helpful, professional and above all HONEST! I have already recommended them to all of my friends. It was a great experience.

My car had a huge backlog of parts. R&A went above and beyond to ensure I had transportation, they made sure I was safe, they helped me with all the mistakes I made with progressive, and really went above and beyond in every way to make my insurance claim and repair as easy as possible. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I wish I could give this place more than five stars. Best of the best. Kind and professional, answered all of my questions, had the work done earlier than I expected, and did such high quality work to my 2014 Ford Mustang that needed repairs after an attempted break in caused roof, window and hood damage. My insurance company chose them for me, but I’m never going anywhere else now that I’ve experienced their exemplary customer service. TEN STARS 🌟
