I purchased a vehicle from this dealer sight unseen through ebay. Upon delivery I inspected the vehicle and I was disappointed on how many flaws I was not informed about. I offered to pay the transportation cost both ways to obtain a refund and Toby said "sold as is, its your problem" Toby offered me a $200 refund which I thought was low but I figured it was $200 more I could put towards the repairs the truck needed. I agreed to the refund however Toby never refunded the $200!
