Update: Got my next car issues to this mechanic - I needed him to fix the glove box I took off and couldn't get back on trying to fix my front blower motor fan "Behind the glove box" the AI said! O'reileys showed me a video and made it look EEEAAASSSYYY. (and also when I realized the AI is STUPID! no need to take off the glove box.....) Then I tried to DIY and cut my leg and almost broke my car. Thank goodness R&D knows what they're doing! They fixed the glove box I almost ruined, and then did the repair that was supposed to be done in the first place on the fan! Should have taken it to him first! Thanks R&D you found me a good deal on the part and fair price on labor. I'll be back! ---------------------------------------------------- Took my Explorer here it was sputtering and losing

I may not have seemed like the happiest person that walked in there since I'm recovering from major heart surgery, but I was after I got my truck back and it's driving awesome. I wasn't sure it was going to be repairable. Very honest and the quality of work is unbeatable. My mechanic retired a few years ago. I've taken my vehicles other places, but the prices were to high and the quality of work not so great. Very happy to find R&D automotive. Great quality of work at honest prices.

After having horrible experiences at other shops I’ve heard some good things about Ricky. I messaged him on Facebook and he always replies in a timely manner. He is very professional and very kind. The shop flooded that weekend but he still got my daughter in as discussed . Her problem with her car is fixed and the price shocked me. He did not charge me to look at her car. No appointment needed and they were quick. She didn’t have to drop her car off and come back later and get it. It was so easy. I’m So happy I found this place. Thank you Ricky!

What a wonderful car repairing experience. I usually dread taking my car the any shop due to bad experiences in the past, but R&D was the absolute best experience I’ve had getting a repair. The owner; Rick, was kind, respectful, quick, friendly, and very generous with his pricing. He did quality work in a decent amount of time and now my car is back and ready for this cold winter. Anyone who needs an honest quote and pain free experience with their car repairs should go here. I would recommend R&D to absolutely everyone.
