Stopped to look at a used truck, ended up finding a brand new one we both fell in love with instead! William our sales guy was amazing, never pushed us to even look at new (we made the decision). Never pushed financing or packages or any of the expected salesman tactics. We were treated with respect and got in and out with the truck my husband has dreamed of! We felt like friends not just customers. Quick and easy and got an amazing price on the truck! The service department was amazing and was able to take my Wrangler in for a recall that same day and get it back to me SUPER quick with no appointment. We didn’t buy it here but will gladly buy the next one here! We live a hour away but will gladly continue to come back here for vehicles and service!

So far, so good, The staff was very friendly, the waiting area was stocked with coffee and plenty of treats...As for my vehicle my oil change and tire rotation went well. The mechanic sent me an update as I was waiting and I saw my vehicle as it was being serviced that was different and took the stress of waiting of ....thats when I was told I had a screw or nail in my tire. Jessica at the front desk assured me not to worry my extra insurance I purchased covered the tire I was sent an invoice and what could of been a 400.00 day was covered. It was refreshing to see a courteous staff and professional environment so far so good im still waiting...so if I need to edit this I will thank you...

I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your Goshen Suresky Service center. My vehicle has been experiencing a persistent issue which I had previously brought to your service center's attention in both September and October. During those visits, while my warranty was still active, a critical diagnostic was not performed, leaving the underlying problem unresolved. During my recent attempt to finally resolve this matter, I engaged with an employee named Jason. When I sought clarification regarding the previous oversight with the diagnostic, Jason’s response was not only unprofessional but shockingly aggressive and overtly hostile. He began to use highly offensive and vulgar language directed at me
