Mr. Wanner came and saved me from the side of the highway today in a very dangerous situation, he was very professional and knew what he was doing and how to maneuver his rig. I was very satisfied and pleased with his service need more drivers like him 👍🏾 May God bless him and keep him safe 😇

Horrible customer service. I wanted to hire them to move a wooden shed, 8 x 12 x 10 ft. They said they could do it. I asked to set an appointment with them to do it, they said the owner wasn’t in and that I would need to call them back the next day. This went on everyday last week. Finally spoke to the owner, he said yes he could do It. Said to call back and make the appointment. Tried that and he wasn’t in then. They said they would have him Contact me the next day. He never did and still has not. I couldn’t wait around and ended up moving the shed MYSELF with a flatbed trailer and a winch. Why weren’t they just honest about not wanting to do the job instead of stringing me along? I won’t ever use them for anything now.

Used these guys thru AAA, and they're the shadiest company around. My car was towed from a shop in Palmdale on a flatbed and delivered almost 6 hours later by another truck, hauled on the 2 front wheels. Causing damages to the rear Differential and some scuff marks on the hood and bumper. The car was brand new 2023 model GR Corolla, which is an AWD vehicle with about 200 miles, and Raul at first admitted fault and later denied any damages. It took me 4 months and hours and hours of my time to finally get payment to have my car fixed and had to forfeit the correct amount to fix my front end from the poor customer service by there insurance company. I would be careful with this company and the poor practice they exercise.

A+ experience starting w/ Candice(dispatch) and the peace of mind she provided on an otherwise stressing issue w/ vehicle and its frozen wheel. Xchel(shell) was sent over and not only professional on how to deal with the seized wheel, but a very cool demeanor both loading and offloading my '64 Chevy El Camino.. Thank you R&J!
