I literally can’t say enough good things about them. Bob was beyond transparent and Jackie was very helpful. We ended up loosing both tire on the same side of a loaded 24’ enclosed tandem trailer, at 4 AM. We needed to wait for them to open but were able to get it towed to them, they dropped what they were doing and pulled a trailer out they had in the bay. The wrecker was able to drop it right inside the building for them to start work on. Ended up needed 2 new axle housings, bearings, brakes, wheels, and tires! They had everything needed to get us back on the road, they didn’t take a break and had us on the road by the end of the day. The price itself was very reasonable…THANK YOU GUY FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!!

Rayn was exceptional assisting me with my special order for trailer parts and locks. She was very professional, kind and knowledgable. I must say the best assistance I have ever experience when ordering online or in person. A true credit to her company. She went above and beyond to locate, rekey/match 9 trailer door locks for my Featherlite enclosed trailers. She also located other parts from different manufactures to complete my order. Highly Recommend this company.

I had another great buying experience from R and P trailers in Seneca. Ken is great salesman as well as does whatever you need he can for you! Also Joe the shop manager is phenomenal for when you gotta get everything together to hook up your trailer up. These two men have and will move mountains to make sure your experience at R and P is easy!

I believe I worked with Doug and I have to say that working with him was a pleasure. With the winter storm coming the very next day I asked Doug to please ship my order next day air from Illinois to Washington state in order to take care of one of my customers. While Doug noted that he could not guarantee that the product would arrive on time as needed but that he would make sure that the package arrived to the shipper on time hoping to make this happen. I received tracking right away and yes indeed, the product arrived on time and in great shape. With this great service we were able to please our customer as well and get him back on the road after being stranded for 5 days. Thank you Doug and thank you R and P Carriages!
