I took my car there for service on a transmission, which is their specialty. Kevin was polite and thoroughly explained the situation to me. Although I didn't like the result of the diagnosis, 😕 Kevin was absolutely honest and upfront about the problem(s) and the cost. Also, he was able to give me some alternative solutions to my vehicle problem(s). He went out of his way to patiently explain my options, and treated me with respect and genuine concern. He exemplifies what customer care is all about!!

Vehicle has been there 4 months and still isn't done, that's understandable but they say it will be done Monday, and you call them on a Friday because you haven't heard anything because they won't reach out to you about your Vehicle they get all pissy and hang up on you for asking questions. Plus they are almost impossible to get ahold of.... If they were more straightforward, honest, and gave updates on your vehicle it wouldn't be a little more understandable

Would not recommend in the slightest. Took a vehicle over that had some issues. Was told it would be looked at the following week, 6 weeks later still had not even looked at it. Went and got my key and took my vehicle elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would.

This place is a joke. When I had my 2001 dodge ram transmission rebuilt, I paid extra money for high performance parts that were never installed. A friend of mine recently had more work done there and his transmission is slipping and jerking between gears. I would never recommend this business.

Owner and employees ( Kevin, Brad) are quiet but crazy knowledgeable about everything.I have always had them work on everything for myself and my Family!We no longer live in the state but when we are there , and need anything they are right there! Down to if I call them while out of state and tell them “ my car is acting up and making this weird noise🤔! Can you tell me what it is , or what to do?? No one can say that they have not been like can you fix my car it’s doing this over the phone.... 🙃 well I am Notorious for it... and they do an amazing job even over the phone to help me fix my car. They get backed up... but that’s any shop. Remember they are only two MEN to all the negative reviews... about timing that it took! Shops don’t know when they will be over loaded or not. So remember
