If I could give 0 stars, I would. I dropped my car off after getting the engine codes checked at AutoZone. I made an appointment a week in advance and dropped it off early in the morning, yet they still kept my car overnight and couldn’t give me any answers. I was then told I needed to make another appointment—two weeks out—for them to actually fix the issue. Despite not receiving a clear diagnosis or any solution, I was still charged $108 just to get my keys back for a so-called “diagnosis.” Huge waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

R&S is good at fixing cars and they do it at an affordable price. They’ve been fixing/ servicing cars for my family for many years and we always drive away happy! Recently my Mercedes power window/door lock wasn’t working. Another shop told me take it to Mercedes dealership. R&S fixed it within an hour.

I called 15 minutes prior they told me to be here within 10 minutes I was.. he pulled the car right on in and did his thing... I am happy someone referred me 😘😘

Had a oil change, and front brakes replaced. Go to place for inspections. Work is done efficiently and professionally. Turn around is good. I recommend this shop for your auto service. I cannot say enough positive things about this mechanic shop. I took my son’s Subaru WRX to be checked out prior to a long trip. (Honeymoon 😂) Amanda called me and told me the tires were unsafe and needed replaced. She even sent phone pictures of the tires on my cell. She stressed the unsafe conditions and the immediate need for replacement. If additional work is found on a vehicle they will call you for approval and look out for their customers. Professional work all the way, and very accommodating.
