Went out of their way when they really had no obligation to whatsoever. Needed a state inspection done ASAP on a Friday afternoon. Trying my luck, I went in and explained my situation and to my surprise, although busy, they set aside some time to help me out. I appreciate the way they handled themselves when they didn't have to. All the staff I interacted with was beyond helpful and kind.

I think this place owns the car wash next door. I'm not sure if they do but whoever does, they need to do some serious maintenance on their equipment. No matter what setting you use, it spits out a bit of everything including tire/engine cleaner. It's been this way now for more than 2 months. If you don't want to wreck your paint job, don't go here. Seriously, anywhere else is a better idea.

Long story short, my husband was hit from behind in his forerunner in November. We went through our own insurance, which is USAA. The shop had us drop off the truck right before Christmas. They kept it for five weeks. The work was terrible so we sent it back. The truck went back in the shop the week before Easter. They kept it for another five weeks. When I picked up the truck, it was still in awful condition. We have USAA for insurance, and after two failed attempts and 10 weeks of holding our truck hostage, they’re saying we have to give them yet another try. I would much rather take it to a competent shop. This is totally unacceptable, but I don’t know how to get around it? Is this even legal? * Side note, we have two cars because we need two cars. Getting bodywork done to your car is never fun, but R-Tech made the process super easy! From getting the estimate to getting my car back was seamless and they communicated with me the entire time! The work was amazing and I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident. I have used R-Tech twice now and will never let anyone else work on my vehicles, when needed. I highly recommend R-Tech and their team!

I am very pleased with R. Tech Collision Service. They are Gold Class Shop, only 10% of collision repair shops meet this rigorous standard. Their production manager even went well beyond what could be expected to get my son's car done quickly, even willing to have crews work late at night and open the shop outside of normal hours to meet our unique needs. Needless to say they also do amazing work. I thought the car would be totaled but it is now beautiful! I wouldnt go anywhere else.
