Very honest people. Bought a van from them today and everything looked great, amazing price. Drove home 43mi just fine. So happy to be back on the road again. Only extra pricing on top of the actual price was for taxes, title, etc. Which we expected but forgot to take out as cash. They accommodated that just fine.

They scammed my mother twice. It is supposed that even if they sell used cars, they are in good condition, apart from that, they never gave it their title. It is supposed to be illegal because when you make a purchase in a place, they give you at least a copy of the product that they sold you and they never did, my mother took out a vehicle and the oil leaked from below and then to change the vehicle she had to give more money and they sold him a worse one. Do not trust these people, they only care about making money regardless of the harm they do to other people! they do not clean or check the cars before selling them do not fall into their trap.

RZ auto sells "Salvaged title" vehicles as a clean title without disclosing the vehicle was "salvaged". This is illegal. State law requires disclosure of this information. Since you do not get the title when you purchase the vehicle initially until they mail it to you. You cannot put your eyes on the title to see that it is salvaged.

I spoke to a gentleman here that shared a lot of information with me about what to look for when shopping for a van etc. He seemed very honest and genuine. Only downside is they don't finance.
