R1 Concepts makes excellent products. It also has very good and professional customer service. A while back I purchased a full rotor brake Performance Set & it's been great ever since. I just purchased a new set of pads and sensors and again I had exceptional service. By the same guy years later, he's still with the company. That goes to show the company takes care of their employees, his name is James T. 💯 Very professional and knowledgeable as well helpful & high spirited. What else can you ask for. I have & I will continue to purchase from this company. As well continue to refer them to people I know. Thank you very much R1 Concepts 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Not sure what's going on, but a lot of their products are no longer being made. I originally started using them because I could not find any aftermarket brakes for my 2019 G20 3 series. They offer drilled and slotted rotors with performance brake pads and they actually did very well out on the track for the price I was pleasantly surprised. Went through them quite quickly but again hard track driving. I expect to replace break's every 3-5,000 miles or so. I then stopped tracking that vehicle and wanted to put some low dust ceramic pads on there. Went to just slotted rotors because I don't need cross drill because you're more likely to crack. Put them on and one of the 4 rotors have the groves facing the wrong direction (drivers rear). I had contacted them and was told the internal veining

Just ordered a drilled & slotted pad and rotor kit for my NC Miata. Super happy with both the looks and performance. For being OE spec with no modification needed (plug and play) these were a great performance upgrade. Interested to see the longevity with semi-aggressive street use.

Very disappointed in the quality. Let me start off by saying I've purchased and installed many pad and rotor kits on my cars over the years. I'm very meticulous with installation and following proper break-in procedure every time I do. I purchased a set of the supposedly "higher quality" R1 GEO-CARBON SERIES a few years ago and installed on my BMW X5. This is not my primary vehicle so I only drive it sparingly. These things have not held up at all. After only about 15,000 miles the front right driver rotor is warped and all four corners have worn terribly with grooves in the rotors and some rust developing pretty badly in the rotor fins. The pads still have a lot of life left, but when I took this in for inspection they suggested all new pads and rotors because of how bad the rotors are. I

Ordered rotors/pads on Amazon 6 months ago and finally got around to installing them. Front rotors/pads were wrong size (my fault as since my V50 is AWD 6sp manual it requires 320mm instead of the 300mm set up) Drove over (they are 8 minutes away) paid the difference and they exchanged them on the spot! Outstanding customer service…a round of raises for everyone! Lol! Update 5/10/22: So far these brakes are excellent! I have used other brand ceramic pads/drilled rotors with frustrating results (ei: squealing). These are dead quite and stop on a dime. It’s always nice to find a manufacturer that actually produces great products in a working mans budget.
