I do not recommend this car rental company. The staff is extremely arrogant and they do not care about their customers. I booked a car with them months before my trip, but just one day before my departure, they informed me that I would be getting a completely different car than the one I had chosen. I had specifically mentioned that I needed a car seat for my baby, which was one of the reasons I chose this company because they provided this service. However, the representative claimed that I had not requested a car seat, even though I had proof in my messages that I had. On the day of my trip, when I arrived at the airport, the car they gave me did not have a car seat. They had placed it in a completely different car. It was a very smooth trip for us. The rental car was waiting in the longterm parking lot. The shuttle to the parking was convenient. The vehicle was in great condition. The pickup and return instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. On top of that, Marcio gave us a special price.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t rent from this place. We took a van to Jupiter Florida in March of this year. Midway through our trip, we noticed that the van was overheating. We were informed by a mechanic from R3 that we would be ok to drive it back to Orlando. We made it halfway and broke down. We were left stranded at 5AM and barely made it to a gas station. The service we received at that point and the response afterward has been terrible from all levels of the company. I highly recommend to pay a higher price for better service than what R3 offered me.

Marcio is a really nice host. We had a great communication before and after the trip. We had no problems of any kind and the car was really good, very clean and very spacious - enough to accomodate our family of five and 9 units (!) of luggage - 5 big suitcases. It was very easy to locate the car at the airport and park it again - I can highly recommend using Marcio as your host - I will look for his car as my first choice next time I go to Florida 👍
