I normally don’t leave long reviews, but the entire experience with RA Auto Shop has been stressful, expensive, and deeply disappointing — so I want other buyers to be aware. 1. Purchased a used car that immediately showed problems Right after buying my Dodge Charger from RA Auto Shop, I noticed multiple mechanical issues that should have been covered under the dealership’s warranty. These weren’t small cosmetic issues — they were problems that made the car unreliable and unsafe to drive. 2. Warranty was not honored despite repeated requests I contacted the dealership multiple times about the warranty repairs they explicitly promised at the time of sale.
