Race Track Car Wash

Was not happy. Chose this car wash due to calling them first and asking if they are heated and have a undercarriage wash. Was told they do have both! Go today, and I have never been to a carwash that is heated and has undercarriage wash that did NOT get the ice and snow off my undercarriage. Plus, I didn't know they have people drying your cars at the end, I rather not have streaks on my windows! Not to mention I was forced to get a membership I didn't want to get. I will not be back!

What's the point of paying for a membership if I can't use all the features I pay for? Vaccuums aren't working due to the snow apparently but every other carwash has them open. Overall this car wash is overpriced, dirty, and rundown. Plenty of other car washes in Dover that are up to date!

I will definitely not be coming back here they didn’t even clean my car properly. It’s still dirty and since I didn’t wanna drive the windows all the way it’s still has water drops on it.

Will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere. For alot of years, this was the best wash in Town. Recently however its gone down hill. The tunnel is now dark where the lights used to be a major feature and the tunnel itself is looking increasingly run down as the curtains and spiny things deteriorate. I no longer feel like im getting the wash I pay for with the state of the curtains in the tunnel. In addition to the state of the tunnel, they are frequently so short staffed that I cant get my interior done, which is part of the package I pay for.

Multiple vaccuums don't work and not much space to move around once stuck at one that doesn't work due to the long line taking up most of the small area. Overall this car wash is not maintained well (Dirty area both inside the car wash and around the vaccuums, half of the lighting inside the car wash itself dosent even work) and is out of date especially compared to newer car washes that have opened around Dover. Service seems to vary despite having the same membership for years (sometimes wheels /tires are done, sometimes they aren't) There are better options with better pricing.
