RaceTec Pistons

Well hate to do this but ordered pistons back on Dec 16-2025, was told give them 3 weeks, 4 weeks go by didn't hear anything So i called, ordered was never in put into the computer ,so talked to Dan was told he'll put it in and expedite, well another few weeks go by still nothing, talked to them on the 5th was told give them to end of day to call me with status, now we are at Feb 9th, my card was charged on the 5th for a lesser amount and every phone option voicemail box is full , so now what ? Customer service when you get someone is empathetic, but once you hang up , your pushed off. This company needs new management or ownership or something.

Custom piston order for boosted application, payed extra for crown and skirt coatings. Hands down some of the nicest people to do business with. Took a bit of time with everything going on in the world, but well worth the time and money. Much cheaper compared to other companies and my machinist says they are some of the best pistons he has ever seen! Very much recommended!

I purchased custom SBC pistons from race tec, they were delivered to my Machinist in only a few weeks during the holidays last year. amazing quality and machine work, great fit. Highly recommended.

Had a custom dome piston made for a 5.3 seems good so far. The piston nicked the spark plug hole with stock head gasket it turned over fine by hand seen it when i had to go back in the motor because the owner ran it low on oil and kill the bearings and other things.

Using them in a stroked supercharged 4.6 making 18lbs boost and over 600hp... no problems so far...
