Racetrack Auto & Marine

Always repaired correctly the first time. Their attention to detail is excellent. This shop is very careful with your vehicle while in their hands. Very much appreciated as I am very particular about who works on my car and my trailers!

We brought our car in for an estimate for a passenger side mirror quoted $1900 + a potential $450 for “configuration” but they couldn’t tell me if this was needed or not until after performing the initial work for $1,900 LOL. Equaling more than likely $2,350. Charging out 7 hours for a passenger side mirror, 2 hours for “paint”. I got another place in Salisbury to do it in less than 4 hours for $1,000. To price gauge that much I’m shocked they have the reviews they do and are still in business. Born and raised around here to take that much advantage of someone is bad for business. I spoke with an auto shop in Bishopville, showed them the quote, and even tho they couldn’t do the work they agreed it was price gauging especially for the 7 hours of labor. Furthermore, do NOT bring in for

I recently moved to the area from DE and wanted to get my and my fiancé’s cars established with a local mechanic. We were both happy with the oil change/tire rotations so we planned to keep taking our cars there. I took my car in on 12/15 and was told it would be a $1100 repair. I advised that I didn’t have the funds right now but planning to do the with repairs after the holidays. I was charged $127 just for them to look over the car. I can’t justify paying a company $127 then $1100 for the same issue. I am now going to be finding a new mechanic to do the repairs after the holidays.

The service provided by this repair shop was outstanding. The team efficiently completed the necessary minor repairs and conducted a comprehensive diagnostic to ensure the vehicle was in proper working order. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout the process reflect a high standard of customer care. I was impressed with both the quality of workmanship and the reliability of their service. I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking dependable automotive repair and maintenance.

Racetrack auto was quick to give me an appointment the next day and was quick to accomplish the task of doing my vehicles state mandated inspection. Everyone was very nice and all very professional and made the visit quick and painless.
